Every bespoke creation is tailored to your bridal dress, personal monogram, or spiritual devotion. Here is how our master artisans bring your dream vision to life.
Artisanal pattern shaping, multi-needle embroidery, and leather curing take 15 working days.
100% advance deposit secures raw leather, velvet, and metallic zari. Remainder paid via COD or on dispatch.

1. The Bespoke Crafting Stages
- Design Consultation & Quotation: Upon submitting your inquiry via our Bespoke Order Page, our lead master artisan reviews your specifications (colorway, embroidery motif, heel cushion, names/dates) and provides an official financial quote and delivery date.
- Advance Deposit: Once you approve the quote, an advance deposit of 100% is required to secure premium materials and reserve workshop artisan time.
- Artisan Hand-Needlework: Master embroiderers spend 20 to 40 hours hand-setting fine tilla wire, dabka, pearls, and resham threads onto vegetable-tanned leather or crushed velvet.
- Sole Assembly & Orthopedic Cushioning: Pure cowhide soles are stitched by hand, and multi-layer memory foam cushioning is placed for all-day wedding comfort.
- Pre-Dispatch Photo Approval: High-resolution studio photographs of the completed bespoke piece are shared with you on WhatsApp prior to sealing the parcel.
2. Advance Payments & Balance Settlement
Because bespoke materials are sourced and cut to unique patron dimensions, the 100% advance deposit is non-refundable once materials have been cut and stitching has begun.
The remaining balance (0%) can be paid via:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all major cities across Pakistan.
- Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Prior to final express dispatch.
3. Sizing & Measurement Guidelines
To ensure an immaculate fit, especially for brides and grooms:
- Please provide your standard European (EU), US, or Pakistani shoe size.
- If you have wider feet or high arches, please inform our team during the inquiry phase so our craftsmen can widen the wooden last (shoe mold) accordingly.
- For prayer mats, customized dimensions (e.g. 44x28 inches or oversized prayer rugs) must be specified before velvet cutting begins.
4. Cancellations, Modifications & Returns
Modifications: You may request changes to color shades or embroidery styles within 24 hours of order confirmation without penalty.
Returns: Because bespoke orders are crafted to personal measurements or custom embroidery names/dates, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the rare event of a craftsmanship defect or transit damage verified upon unboxing.
Complimentary Size Adjustments: If a bespoke khussa feels slightly snug, our Lahore atelier offers complimentary stretching and adjustment service within 10 days of delivery.
5. Artisan Handcrafted Disclaimer
Our bespoke pieces are crafted by human hands, not laser-guided robotic machines. Subtle nuances in stitch count, metallic thread glint, and natural leather grain are intended signatures of royal heritage craft that give each pair its distinct soul and legacy.
